Shipping & Damage Policy
At Nukitch, LLC, we take pride in providing quality cabinetry products and hardware solutions sourced from trusted manufacturers across the United States. The following policy outlines how we handle shipping, returns, damage claims, and affiliate purchases.
📦 Shipping
- Domestic Only: We currently ship within the United States only.
- Lead Times: Cabinet delivery timelines vary based on your final selections and manufacturer availability. Lead times typically range from 10 days to 14 weeks, depending on materials, finish selections, and overall demand.
- Freight Delivery: Orders are delivered directly from our manufacturers to your designated job site or residence via freight.
🚚 Freight Damage & Claims
- Inspection Required Upon Delivery: All deliveries must be inspected immediately upon arrival.
- Reporting Timeline: Any freight damage must be reported within 24 hours of delivery to your home or project site. Damage claims submitted after 24 hours will not be honored, as damage may be attributed to onsite handling or storage.
- Required Documentation: Please provide detailed photos of the damage and box numbers associated with the affected items. We will promptly initiate a replacement or resolution request with the manufacturer on your behalf.
🔄 Cancellations, Modifications & Returns
- Final Sale Policy: Once an order is in production, it cannot be canceled, modified, or refunded.
- Payment Terms: All cabinetry orders must be paid in full at the time of ordering. Due to our streamlined logistics and speed-to-market model, we are unable to accommodate delayed or partial payments.
- Manufacturer Return Policies: We work with a variety of manufacturers, each of whom maintains their own return and exchange policies. We will communicate and transfer these policies to you directly if applicable. Custom and made-to-order items are typically non-refundable.
🔗 Affiliate Products
- From time to time, we recommend affiliate products that align with our quality standards. If you purchase an item through an affiliate link, returns and exchanges must be handled directly through the retailer or manufacturer’s customer service.
- We cannot guarantee affiliate item availability, return terms, or processing speeds, but rest assured, we only recommend items we use or would personally use in our projects.
